Reversal Health is designed for adults with type 2 diabetes, pre-diabetes, or obesity. Many members also present with related conditions we address in the same plan.
Type 2 diabetes
A1C above 6.5 or on glucose-lowering medication. We work alongside your current prescriber.
Pre-diabetes
A1C between 5.7 and 6.4. Reversal is highly effective at this stage.
Obesity
BMI of 30 or above. Our protocol is durable — built around maintaining loss, not just achieving it.
Fatty liver / PCOS
Same metabolic root cause. Our team adjusts the plan for each condition.
