The rules of using this site and, if applicable, becoming a Reversal Health member.

1. Acceptance
By using this site or enrolling in the Reversal Health service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
2. Medical service
If you become a member, Reversal Health provides medical services through licensed clinicians affiliated with our professional medical group. A patient–clinician relationship is established only after enrollment and intake. Nothing on this marketing site alone establishes that relationship.
3. Informational content
Educational content on this site is for general information only. It's not medical advice and doesn't replace consultation with your own clinician.
4. Eligibility
The service is intended for U.S. residents 18 and older. Certain clinical conditions may make enrollment inappropriate; our intake process will screen for these.
5. Membership & billing
For most members, the service is covered at no cost through an employer or health plan. Self-pay members are billed as described at enrollment and may cancel at any time.
6. Acceptable use
Don't attempt to disrupt or misuse the service. Don't share account credentials. Don't use the service to harass other members or staff.
7. Intellectual property
All site content, brand marks, and software are the property of Reversal Health or its licensors. Limited personal use is permitted; reproduction for commercial purposes is not.
8. Disclaimers & liability
The service is provided on an "as-is" basis except for warranties that cannot be disclaimed by law. Our aggregate liability for any claim related to this site (excluding bodily injury from clinical services, which is governed separately) is limited to the fees paid for the service in the prior 12 months.
9. Arbitration & governing law
Most disputes are resolved by binding arbitration on an individual basis. These terms are governed by the laws of Colorado, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced with at least 14 days' notice before taking effect.
